Shannon River Ride

A beautiful Sunday morning for a ride to Shannon river. Eight riders
turned up and we left at about 9:45 am. Along the lower Denmark Rd and a
short stop at the Rivermouth Caravan Park for a coffee break.
Then
on to Walpole for a short break and discuss who is going on to Shannon
River. The two Ians had lunch and then returned to Albany.
The
rest of us continued to Shannon River to have lunch. It’s a very good
place for camping as well.
Checked out the caravan park, very clean and scenic. If I had a Winnebago I would stop there for a few days - with the bike as well. And hopefully with a willing woman. Well, after lunch and a chat, we headed back home.
