A small, but happy band of six riders set off for Walpole, losing Arthur
at the Youngs Siding turn-off, making it a smaller band still. We
arrived at Bow River for a coffee, before taking the back roads to
Walpole.
Being a small group we could all stay together and so nobody got lost or
took the wrong road, most probably a first. The BBQ site on the Coalmine
Peninsula overlooking the inlet is superb and we had a lovely lunch
before returning home in the afternoon. Thanks for the company, it was
most enjoyable day.
