We start this year's event at the Albany Rifle Club, (just past the turn-off to the Wind-Farm, Frenchmans Bay Road). There is accommodation available at the Rifle Club in the form of powered and unpowered sites. There is also room in the hall, on the floor, for sleeping bags. Powered sites will be $12 for the first person and $8 for extra people

Unpowered sites $8 per person per night. If this accommodation doesn’t suit, contact Robin 9844 6275 for other options. Clean kitchen, hot showers and toilets facilities available. There is also a bar on-site that will be open from 5 p.m. – 12 p.m. Thursday, Friday, Saturday & Sunday evening.

Street Parade Friday afternoon

The weekend will start with the parade on the 30th October; this street parade has become very popular very quickly with the locals. Riders are asked to meet at the Old Gaol from 3.30 pm to move off under escort at 4 p.m. RadioWest will head the parade, as it leaves Stirling Terrace west and turns into York Street, riders will ride up the street and around the Monument and down the street returning to the old Goal.

Motorcycle Display on the Saturday morning

Matchless in the passing paradeStirling Terrace will be closed for non-motorcycle traffic as a safety precaution and as usual the line-up of bikes should be most interesting. This year will see the addition of many veteran bikes from all over Australia. We are also striking a metal badge again. Those booking for the weekend will get one in their packs. There will not be many extras, these can be purchased at $10.

Saturday Afternoon Rally

Once again this will be in the form of a Poker Run, suitable for all motorcycles, no matter what size or age. There will be short and long courses to suit your bike. Entries will close at 11.45 am and the briefing will take place in Stirling Terrace at 12.30 pm. The first bike will be away shortly afterwards. Entry for the rally is $10 per person which entitles you to a poker hand and afternoon tea. The Poker Run is open to any person with a road licensed motorcycle and a current license to ride. Pillions may also enter, cost is also $10 and this entitles you to a poker hand and afternoon tea. This year the rally will finish at the Albany Rifle Club with afternoon tea again donated by Dylan’s on the Terrace. Thanks Morris and Gwen.

Saturday evening

This year's barbecue will be catered for by 3D Catering service, the menu will satisfy everyone. It will be held at the Albany Rifle Club and the cost is $16 per head and bookings are essential.

Sunday Hillclimb

This Hillclimb is open to club members and members of other kindred clubs with suitable motorcycles. We have set the cut off at 1980 and will receive the first 100 entries. One entry per rider, and the committee have the right to refuse any entry and full monies will be refunded.

As always help to erect the course on the Sunday morning is appreciated, breakfast will be available on the hill from 6 a.m.

We are hoping practice will start at 8 a.m. The Hillclimb will take the same format as previous years. Three groups, each rider is expected to have a practice run before the main event starts at 10 a.m.
