Inspection Day
 We had 25
motorcycles turn up on inspection day (April 7, 2002). It
was a steady flow from 8 am on and the weather fine
despite a very early shower. With Robin and Chris helping
with paperwork things went smoothly.
We had some first time licenses, and an
engine change which always means more paperwork. Since
then, I have inspected two more bikes and have eight more
booked. One thing that was suggested was could we think
about having membership fees paid on the same day. This
would certainly make things easier for me as then I would
know for sure the owner's membership is current.
I would like to table this suggestion for
discussion. In closing I would like to thank Robin and
Chris for their help and the members for their
co-operation.
